Orders & payment
How do I place an order?
Choose your size, add the item to your cart and go to checkout. You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your payment is processed.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with all major cards and PayPal. The payment methods available for your country are shown at checkout.
Are taxes included in the price?
Yes. All prices include VAT. There are no extra customs or import fees within the EU.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, until your order has been shipped. Email us at vnmbauth@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship from Prague to the Czech Republic and all EU countries. We do not ship outside the EU yet.
How much does shipping cost?
Czech Republic: 99 Kč (approx. €4), free over 2 500 Kč (€99) · 1–2 business days
EU: €13.99, free over €149
The final cost is always shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
We process orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery then takes 1–2 business days within Czechia and 3–5 business days across the EU.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Returns & refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes. You can return any item within 14 days of delivery, no reason needed. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have all original tags attached.
How do I start a return?
Email us at vnmbauth@gmail.com with your order number and the items you want to return. We will reply with instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is paid by the customer. If you received a faulty or wrong item, we cover it.
When will I get my refund?
Within 14 days after we receive and check your return, to your original payment method.
Can I exchange for a different size?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the size you need.

Authenticity
Are your products authentic?
Yes. Every item we sell is 100% authentic and comes directly from the brand or its official distributor.
Which brands do you carry?
Whenever Atelier, 138Knitwear, Milestone Studio, Stressmama, Hades, Represent, Fabriclism and more. Shop all brands.
Sizing
How do I find my size?
Open Size guide on the product page. Measurements are in centimetres and taken with the garment laid flat.
Compare them with a similar piece you already own for the best fit.
Do the items run true to size?
Many streetwear pieces have an oversized fit. Check the length and width in the size guide. If you are between sizes, choose the smaller size for a regular fit or the larger one for a relaxed fit.
