Refund Policy
14-day return right
You can return any item within 14 days of delivery, no reason needed. This is your legal right as a customer in the EU.
Conditions
To be accepted, items must be:
- unworn, unwashed and undamaged;
- returned with all original tags attached and in the original packaging.
We may reduce the refund if an item shows signs of wear or handling beyond what is needed to check its size and fit.
For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks and swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal is unbroken.
How to return
- Email us at vnmbauth@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the items you want to return. You can also request a return from your account on our website.
- We will confirm your return and send you instructions.
- Send the items within 14 days of telling us you want to return them to:

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund you within 14 days, to your original payment method. If you return your entire order, we also refund the original standard shipping cost. Express shipping surcharges are not refunded.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge until it has been shipped. Contact us at vnmbauth@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will cover the return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund. You also have a 2-year legal guarantee for defects under EU law.
